Booking
How come only one month or two at a time is available on the calendar?
I only book out a month or so at a time and may not offer rentals during specific periods of time when I’m working on projects. Thank you for your understanding.
Why does the booking calendar only let me book for 1 hour when I actually need more time?
I consider the online booking to be your deposit to secure your spot for that time of day. You’ll pay the deposit when you book online and then pay the balance of your hours (if applicable) at the end of your rental before you leave the studio.
Do you accept last-minute bookings?
Yes, please email or call me. The online booking calendar will only let you book 2 days before you need the space. The buffer is needed to ensure the studio is available and that I have time to prepare the space for your shoot.
What happens after I pay my deposit?
I’ll be in touch via e-mail to…
- send you the rental agreement which will need to be signed before coming to the studio. You’ll be able to review, sign, and submit the agreement using your computer, phone, or tablet.
- get more information from you if you selected any lighting or set styling add-ons during the booking process.
- get more information from you about your rental to see if you need any further accomodation.
- send a Google map and helpful info that will make your arrival smooth.
