Studio Rental Rates + Add-ons

Use of the studio requires:
- studio rental agreement
- payment of deposit (through the online booking calendar)
- liability waiver and releases for models/talent/crew

The hourly rate includes the use of:
- 1500 sq. ft of unique space
- Basic lighting kit (2 Fovitec Studio Pro continuous lights which are 24 x 36″ softboxes)
- Set props like tropical indoor house plants, modern and contemporary furniture (orange love seat, green vintage corner wedge couch, chairs, stools, side tables)
- Half sweep (great for headshots) of Savage seamless paper (86” rolls) – Super White, Fashion Gray, and Black.
- Studio rental assistance with changing seamless color backgrounds, setting up lighting, etc.

Booking and Payment
Please use the online booking calendar to book your rental. The minimum (which serves as your deposit) is required. If you need more hours and the studio is available, you may add more time and pay the balance at the end of your rental.
Cancellation Policy
Hourly rentals: The deposit is non-refundable if you cancel less than 48 hours before your rental.
Day rentals: Only 50% of the deposit will be returned if you cancel less than 5 days before your rental.
