Rental Policies

Use of the studio requires:

• studio rental agreement
• payment of deposit (through the online booking calendar)
• liability waiver and releases for models/talent/crew

Studio Policies

All renters/models/talent/crew must sign a waiver of liability release at the studio before rental begins.

A $100 fee will be applied to the credit card used to book if any major damage occurs (to furniture, floors, or walls) during the rental.

A $250 (insurance deductible fee) will be charged to the credit card used to book if any major damage occurs to the studio strobe light(s).

Hourly Rate Rentals – Payment

The first hour (which serves as your deposit) is due at booking to hold your day and time. If you need more hours and the studio is available, you may add more time and the balance is due at the end of your rental before you leave the studio.

Please use the online booking calendar to book your rental.

Your rental time should include setup and teardown, so please plan your shoot accordingly.

The booking deposit is non-refundable if you cancel less than 48 hours before your scheduled booking.

Day Rate Rentals – Payment

The day rate is due in full at booking to hold your day.

Your rental time should include setup and teardown time, so please plan your shoot accordingly.

If you cancel less than 5 days before your scheduled booking, 50% of the deposit will be returned.

Studio Rules

No smoking tobacco

No glitter or confetti

No pyrotechnics 

No pornography

The furniture must be moved back to where you found it please and thank you 🙂

Any person under the age of 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian
